Monte Carlo Classic Rally to return to Paisley
The Monte Carlo Classic Car Rally returns to Paisley in spectacular fashion on Wednesday 31 January.
It is the fifth year the town has hosted the fantastic event and will see around 100 cars will leave the ramp at Abbey Close.
Paisley is the only British starting point of the 2018 Monte Carlo Rally, with 25 cars setting off for the 1500-mile trip to the South of France.
The event will provide bumper to bumper car-themed entertainment and is a great day out for motor enthusiasts to get a glimpse at vintage vehicles.
All cars will be on display at Abbey Close from 3pm with each one being waved off from 6pm.
From 3pm, Paisley Town Hall will host a giant Scalextric set, a Sega Rally arcade machine, children's workshops and refreshments for those wanting to gear themselves up before the send-off at 6pm.
